at the park

October 31, 2012

we try to get outside every day.  it doesn’t always happen, but rhythm is so important.  i know my girls benefit from active play outside in the morning, followed by lunch, quiet reading time and nap.  it feels so natural.  and naps are never a problem if active outdoor play takes place earlier in the day.

Watching Adelaide and Lyla play gives me a feeling of refreshment. I feel like I was there.

I LOVE the photograph were they are both walking holding hands (or Adelaide is pulling Lyla, I’m sure it could go either way!). Gorgeous post, as always.

she’s totally pulling her, but only BECAUSE she wanted to hold her hand and lyla would have none of it! :) but it makes for a good pic.
